CRG’s alarm response service removes the risk from you or your employees. Our uniformed mobile security patrol and dog handlers are on duty during the night and 24 hours during weekends and bank holidays. We provide a fast and reliable response to any alarm activation or intruder detection. In the event of an intruder our staff are able to deal with protecting evidence, informing the police and taking care of any further security issues that may interrupt the on-going security of your premises.
Your alarm system can be set to notify us directly or through a monitored alarm receiving centre (ARC), ensuring that our mobile response is on route to your premises as soon as an alarm activates. Our security officers carry out a full inspection of your premises and ensure that your property and company assets are safe and secure before resetting your alarm system. Our response times exceed The Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) guidelines for key-holding alarm response times. Talk to us about guaranteed response times, if we fail to response onsite within an agreed response time the service is free of charge to you.
CRG is a Security Industry Authority Approved Contractor (SIA ACS). Our system for the safe use and storage of site keys is fully compliant with the SIA ACS code of practice and the use of keys is fully documented and audited by the SIA. Site keys are kept in a secure location and our patrol vehicles are fitted with insurance grade safes and GPS vehicle tracking, assuring you of the best practice at all times.

The majority of our response officers are from former police and military backgrounds, all our staff are vetted to British Standard BS 7858:2012 and all attend our own in-house training seminars which covers all aspects of legal legislation and criminal evidence preservation.
